We stayed in reasonably large room with whirlpool tub that also had wake-up service. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge were very handy. Overall the staff was consistently courteous.

Bed was very comfortable, things were clean. nights were quiet for sleeping.

Being on the first floor (which I liked) I would have preferred that the curtains would have closed all the way as I saw a couple people walking past. Also I spoke to the lady at the desk as I left and mentioned I was annoyed with a man at breakfast berating me for using the wrong container for waffle batter and then complaining he had then to wash it out. A bit over the top I think.

Dirty sock in our room!! Toilet chain broke inside and NO ONE came up to fix it after I even reported it to house keeping. Staff seems miserable and seems to hate their jobs!

The staff was nice and answered questions about restaraunts nearby

Bugs. Ants on the bed and a spider on the bathroom counter. Also the tv was connected to a light switch, which wasn't labeled so we assumed the tv didn't work until we were just about to leave.

Pet-friendly and brand-new rooms, I had pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly, gave advice about the city. The room was kept very clean and available with whirlpool tub and a king size bed, for instance🙂

Just a decent option for a weekend rest in Lockport with fantastic value for money. I liked how an employee checked on my AC without me needing to ask.

I liked the Raisin Bran, Banana's, Orange Juice and Coffee.

Bathroom Vent fans could be a little quieter and some W-D 40 could be squirted on the bathroom door so it didn't squeak when getting up in the night, the moisture from showering gets into the hinges...
